About the function this function will initially be working as the health and safety lead for a project that will be spanning 3 and a half years, after which there will be new projects to work on. You would be working directly with the health and safety manager and be a key part of developing, planning, and implementing projects with a focus delivering effective health and safety solutions to keep things running smoothly and safely. You would also be generally reviewing and superviseing the health and safety procedures and policies in day-to-day operations. About you practice in a leadership abilities function in Health and Safety is essential, particularly working on large scale and complex projects.
