The Opportunity

An amazing opportunity has been created for a talented internal communications specialist to join the marketing and communications team in a function that is both strategic and hands-on providing advice and support to the Executive leadership abilities Team and senior leaders across the organisation. The function You will assist with the development of internal communications strategies that will engage staff and will provide internal communications support across a broad range of business functions and a diverse multi-skilled stakeholder group. As a conduit to communicating the company strategy, vision, and values you will find the work to be interesting, varied, challenging, and compensateing as you contribute to the creation and enabling of high levels of staff engagement. The function provides leadership abilities to strategic initiatives and programmes of work and is key to improving staff consciousness of the organisation's strategic goals and key projects. You will work with key stakeholders to deliver the communications programme to ensure staff are shared significant and engaging information through appropriate channels and timeframes, particularly during change where engagement could be impacted. The function is also hands-on and responsible for managing the intranet and its improvements to increase staff engagement as well as assisting with the development of corporate documents and publications. To Be prosperous While internal communications are your passion so too is connecting collaboratively with people at all levels and building solid working relationships where you can influence and empower in a positive and constructive way to achieve desired results. Your practice is likely to have been gained in larger complex and diverse organisations such as manufacturing, health, pharmaceutical, Government or highly regulated environments although this is not essential. Tertiary qualified you will be at the senior Advisor level and be competent and confident to hit the ground running and add value with your proven broad communications expertiseet and capability to deliver in a dynamic environment.
