Within this function, you will report directly to the CEO and Board, being a key member of the Senior leadership abilities team. Being the head of this side of the business, you will be responsible for all leadership abilities, management and direction of your direct reports as well as maintaining outstanding services to clients. Taking full ownership of development and growth of the business services and products, as well as working with providers and partners to improve the service, product, and delivery. Working closely with the CEO, you will have a direct impact and accountcapability to create and implement strategies and initiatives through to success. - Full management an established team and contractors - Managing client operational needs and delivery of services and products - Manage improvement, developments, and executions of the business unit - Working with the CEO closely on all operational, budgeting, financial, resources and obstacles As this function crosses between education and the financial services sector Information technology is key to have an knowledge and practice in one or the other sectors to bring that knowledge to this function. With this function managing 20 direct reports, you will be an practiced people and business manager who is a natural problem solver.
