The Policy & Advocacy team develops medical and health policies, which lead the company’s advocacy initiatives, and provides advice on health policy across Australia and New Zealand. The function A new management function leading a close knit and small policy and advocacy team in Wellington. You’ll be leading a team which focuses on the development of high-quality health policies that are important to the company’s membership and positions which are at the forefront of health debates in Australia and New Zealand. this function works closely with the Cultural Advisor and will focused on leading a small team writing submission and policies. About you To excel in this function, you’ll need excellent stakeholder engagement, leadership abilities expertise and practice in a Senior function. Including providing advice, support, and guidance for direct reports to maximise their expertise and encourage high performance. You’ll be required to help prepare submissions, reports, funding applications, correspondence, presentations, research, consult and write on a range of policy issues.
