You’ll be responsible for superviseing the clinical advice that ACC provides on injuries, setting direction and focus to ensure we meet our key deliverables. You will be reporting to the Chief Clinical agent and will be a part of Health Partnerships leadership abilities team which includes our health sector strategy, strategic commissioning, Maori Health and Clinical Governance leaders. You will function will focus on leading and managing a multi-disciplinary team of dedicated and diverse clinician’s who are located all over Aotearoa. You will have up to 8 Clinical Advice Managers, who supervise more than 100 clinicians providing high quality advice across the business. You’ll be required to work collaboratively across a very complex and large organisation so your operational enterprise lead view will be invaluable to us. We are also expecting you to engage with medical stakeholders and represent ACC at events when required. In this function you will have the opportunity to connect and influence across different groups helping to improve results and get involved in designing new pathways of care and improving results for Maori.
