The function
• You will be responsible to provide senior leadership abilities and management of the Wellington office and will work closely with our CEO and Regional Managers.
• Provide individual guidance and mentorship to all team members, in particular new starters. • Participate in the induction and training of new staff members.
• Drive the development and implementation of a robust suite of procedures, ways of working frameworks and service level agreements to effectively support operations and delivery and achieve measurable improvements in efficiencies and performance results.
• You will play a key part in the continuing expansion of the business so you must be someone that enjoys variety, change and the wide variety of connected challenges.
Skills and practice:
To be prosperous in securing this function you will have:
• Staff management practice and participated in leadership abilities functions in either an internal or agency capacity.
• A natural relationship builder who is likable, personable, and charismatic.
• Proven skills developing and implementing people and culture strategies and initiatives, processes, developing policies and guidelines.
