   »Immediate Start available – 6-month contract – $120-$160ph
The function
   » Public Sector Client looking for practiced Senior & Principal Policy Analyst contractors for 6 months to assist with Health Reforms, specifically the reform of regulatory settings connected with the health workforce.
   » Working through a lot of reform work currently, big picture system strategy work, and
   » legislative reform.
   » The Team are looking to continue to develop a Health Workforce Strategy that considers the wider enablers of our health workforce (education and training, funding, and immigration) and what, if any changes, might be required to ensure these critical components are delivering the health workforce our services need.
   » Lead and contribute to the development of policy advice that will improve health results for New Zealanders. • Key function within a complex and challenging policy space
   » Small Team with a large mandate that offers a lot of exposure to key pieces of Policy.
   » Contribute to the development of the Ministry’s growing Policy capabilities through mentoring and leading less practice members of the group.
