• Manage the strategic development and operational functions.
• Cross Agency collaboration on Mental Health Policy - $115k-$140k

Join the team as an practiced people leader, driving member satisfaction, elevating strategic position, and fostering M?ori partnerships to empower mental health in New Zealand.
The function:
You will lead a dedicated team of 4 Policy professionals in the National office located in Wellington, superviseing the end-to-end process of policy development. From consultation and development stages to preparing Cabinet Briefings, the team collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure fit-for-purpose policy results.
Your responsibilities will include:
• leadership abilities and Management: Lead and manage the staff, providing direction, support, and managing performance at the New Zealand Office.
• Membership Services and Events: supervise the delivery of membership services and events to meet the needs of members in New Zealand.
• Emerging Issues and Risk Management: Identify and manage emerging issues and implement effective risk management strategies.
• Committee Support: Support various committees and bodies in their work related to education, training, policy, and advocacy.
• Government Analysis and Policy Support: Coordinate the analysis of government developments and provide advice and support in policy development.
