We provide services and programmes in the areas of early childhood education, social work and counselling, older people's programmes, grief support programmes, and after school care. We have a clear strategic plan, a highly engaged culture, a strongly embedded set of Christian values, and a passion for social change.About the function: We offer a wide variety of family services and older people's programmes, including, social work and counselling, day programmes for older people, parenting advice, and financial mentoring. We use an evidence-located social work practice framework that is client-centred, solutions-focused, and strengths-located. We encourage each person we work with to use their own strengths and resources to make positive changes and reach their goals. For this function, you will be an practiced social services leader, with a significant qualification in social work, counselling, or similar. practice working with older people would be a particular advantage. this function will report to the newly created function of Chief Operating agent.
