We provide services and programmes in the areas of early childhood education, social work and counselling, older people's programmes, grief support programmes, and after school care. We have a clear strategic plan, a highly engaged culture, a strongly embedded set of Christian values, and a passion for social change.About the function: Our ?Growing Through Grief ' service delivers the Seasons for Growth® programme. This programme offers peer-support groups for children, young people and adults who are experiencing change, grief and loss in their lives. We offer these programmes across our region. If you are the candidate We are pursuing, you will have an knowledge of grief services, will ideally have worked with young people, and have the capability to create great relationships and drive new thinking. this function will report to the newly created function of Chief Operating agent. Key selling points: » Great opportunity to make a difference to our community » Work for a reputable values-led not for profit organisation » Napier located or other locations by negotiation Key Requirements: » A clinical qualification in social work, counselling, nursing, pyschology or equivalent and registration with the appropriate body » Strong operational and/or practice management practice » practice delivering prosperous continuous improvement and change management initiatives » Demonstrated resilience, critical thinking, and problem-solving expertise » Sound financial knowledge » Competent written and verbal expertise » High level of Information technology competence, including use of Word and Excel » A valid and clean New Zealand’s drivers’ license and capability to travel regularly Anglican Care Waiapu is a well-resourced organisation with robust governance and leadership abilities in place.
