We are currently seeking a Site Administrator for a global leading company in the industrial and manufacturing sector, the planned start date for this role is the 12th of June . This is a full-time, mid-level position based in Drury (South Auckland). As a Site Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our work site by performing a variety of administrative tasks. This is a temporary employment opportunity for a minimum of 6 weeks (contract Negotiable), with the possibility of a 6-month extension following the initial agreement. Detailed Job Description: » Perform data entry, monitor payments, and prepare invoices and purchase orders. » Track and process timesheets, ensuring accuracy and adherence to payroll deadlines. » Reconcile financial and payroll information, ensuring all records are accurate and up to date. » Maintain records of inventory, infrastructure, and equipment, ensuring proper documentation and organization. » Utilize software to manage staff rosters, leave requests, and travel requirements. » Generate regular reports for senior management, providing key insights and recommendations. » Take minutes at meetings, capturing important discussions, decisions, and action items. » Handle inquiries in person, over the phone, or via email, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues promptly. Candidate's Profile: » Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced environment. » Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. » Proficiency in using software applications for financial management, payroll, and record keeping. » Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. » Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. » Proactive problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work well under pressure. » A team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels.
