The Training Services team provides training delivery and development for various audiences in a range of ICT and non ICT, topics, processes and applications. About this function The Training Content Delivery Trainer is responsible for preparation and delivery of teaching curriculum for various courses, ensuring delivery of curriculum is in line with modern teaching practices. The function provides advice to the Training Services Manager by raising any additional course development requirements, course revisions, and resource assessment/mo deration to ensure a professional service is delivered by the wider team. About you To be prosperous in the function, you’ll be working collaboratively with key internal and external stakeholders. We’ll also count on you to shape, frame and design our process and thinking using a diverse and inclusive approach. You will have: » significant practice and/or qualification(s) in training delivery and facilitation » advanced expertise and expertise in MS Office suite » a high level of ICT capcapability » communication and strong relationship building expertise » capability to manage and prioritise multiple work activities and address any conflicting demands to ensure deadlines are met with regard to on-going day to day service delivery » demonstrated capacity to foresee opportunities and problems, and to develop creative initiatives to address them » demonstrated capability to identify and effectively manage risks. You will also offer: » demonstrated expertise and practice with the same or similar training management system » confident pronunciation of Te Reo Maori » expertise/practice of the New Zealand Education Sector » expertise/practice of internal Ministry of Education processes » capability to understand and apply the principles of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and tangata whenuatanga.
