Operating out of the Auckland office, reporting directly to the Senior Project Manager you will be responsible for Project Management of multiply project install's, co-ordination between design, manufacturing, delivery, and installation teams. To be successful as the Project Manager we are looking for the following: Key Responsibilities: » Engage sub-contractors for pricing to undertake any aspects of work involved in the project » Ensure health and safety documentation has been exchanged and is met and followed » Liaise with main contractor confirming building programme and timing of installation » Liaise with the Factory Manager on timing for the production of windows and panels » QA windows and panels » Work through variations with builder for difference aspects of the job » Monitor installation process Generates solutions, taking into consideration manufacturing constraints » Perform follow-up to ensure quality of work product and/or actions are complete Your attributes will include: » New Zealand Construction experience » Experience in the Aluminium Joinery » Experience in High Rise Construction and "Curtain walling" » Extremely high attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy » Customer focused and able to work to deadlines » The ability to be adaptable to the ever-changing demands of the industry » High motivation levels and the ability to pass on that motivation to colleagues and customers. » Strong computer skills » High level of honesty and integrity Qualifications » 4+ Years' Experience within Aluminium Joinery industry » NZ Building industry knowledge » Full NZ Driver License To be considered for this position, please apply online and attach a current CV and any relevant employment related certificates.
