We are pursuing a highly motivated person who is passionate about information management.
Key responsibilities include:
   » providing information management and recordkeeping advice, support and guidance
   » supporting, administrative and monitoring the Ministry’s information management systems
   » supporting the Information Centre services including circulation, journals, interloans.
We’re maturing our use of SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams for information management so this an opportunity to lgain and develop your M365 expertise.

Our ideal candidate will bring:
   » practice in information/records management within the public sector and sound knowledge of the public sector information management regulatory framework
   » strong customer support and training expertise and comfortcapability delivering these both remotely or in person
   » great relationship management expertise, able to engage and influence at all levels
   » commitment to developing your cultural capcapability and capacity in te ao M?ori capability to thrive in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
   » a significant tertiary qualification or significant practice.
Most importantly, you will be a fast learner, have a great work ethic, attitude and enjoy being part of a highly collaborative team.

income range for this function is $77,280 to $93,565pa. Appointment within this range will be located on expertise and practice.
