Team Administrator

This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the largest Information technology Groups in the country and provide vital support to our team members to meet delivery goals and increase product capabilities and services to our clients.
As a Team Administrator, you will work as part of a team that provides, develops, and maintains general administration services within the Improvement, Systems and Technology Group.

About the function:
You will be responsible across several key areas which includes:
   » Providing effective administration support services in a timely and accurate manner for our people leaders
   » Providing support for activities such as induction, on boarding, off boarding, recruitment, and making travel arrangements
   » Providing secretariat support including co-ordination of meetings
   » Organizing events including booking rooms, arranging catering, and coordinating invites and responses
You will bring:
   » Demonstrated practice undertaking general administrative activities
   » Previous practice working in a fast-paced complex environment
   » Previous practice managing multiple conflicting priorities
   » capability to build relationships with a wide variety of personalities and workstyles
   » expertise of administration policies, processes, systems, and technology is desirable

income range: $47,682.00 – $58,278.00
