Mo tenei turana mahi – About this function
We have a great opportunity to join our Government Engagement team as our new Senior Triage and Workflow Coordinator. You will be the front door to the GE team, responsible for logging work items as they come in, triaging them appropriately and either forwarding items or logging them for response by the GE team. You will also be responsible for providing administrative resource to the Advisers, some secretarial support to the leadership abilities team and general performance reporting.

   » excellent interpersonal and communication expertise
   » working expertise of the Official Information, Privacy and Ombudsman Acts and Machinery of Government
   » high quality writing expertise
   » good judgement, decision making and problem resolution expertise
   » high computer and internet literacy, an analytical mindset and high degree of attention to detail
   » Microsoft Dynamics/Sharepoint practice would be an advantage.

The midpoint of the income range for this function is $82,113. This is exclusive of a 9% superannuation contribution that we provide on top of the base income. Appointment within the income range will be dependent on expertise and practice.
