Events - Account ManagerJob location:Auckland Auckland Central Work Type: Permanent » » » »great busy small team; up to $70k for the right person »Must have very good events coordination; Ellerslie located; Account Manager function »Mon-Fri perm 40 hour week; high volume events Seeking an practiced Events Manager to join a great team of 6 located in Ellerslie for a high volume Account Management position. this function is located in Ellerslie, in a busy thriving small team who achieve big things inside this well known venue. You will be working closely with a large portfolio of clients, coordinating their events, (but not required to be attending them). So your practice in events management is fundamental, and your capability to juggle and coordinate all the moving parts, details and time frames is essential to your success. You will be a team player, great with systems and processes, and have practice using Events Management software. You will need to have worked in a similar space, juggling between 20-50 clients via email and phone calls at any one time. You will be well presented, really comfortable under pressure, and happy to juggle the online pressures with walk ins, as well as the practice of managing the financial component to the client, invoicing etc, and able to see the entire process through to completion. This is very much a relationship building position, so your capability to work constructively and positively with valuable clients is essential. You will be a key member of the team, with team meeting requirements, liaison both with internal and external suppliers, with all intentions to create a smooth and professional practice for clients, developing a strong referral and return business pipeline.
