We have a great opportunity for you to apply your strong leadership abilities expertise, leading a team of Client Service Leaders and Claims Administration teams who are located regionally across our five hubs – Auckland, Hamilton, Wellington, Christchurch, and Dunedin. The teams are responsible for delivering a seamless, consistent, and high-quality customer practice, helping our clients achieve the best possible recovery results.
In the function of Manager – Client Administration you will be responsible for leading Client Service Leaders, who will drive operational performance through the effective and efficient delivery of administration services.
The key responsibilities of the function and what you need to be prosperous:
   » leadership abilities of the Client Administration function –ensuring client administration is seamlessly integrated and works collaboratively to deliver great customer practice and results
   » Driving a culture of continuous improvement, to ensure we deliver a seamless service to our clients and evolve our approaches to maximise the contribution the client administration team makes
   » Inspire, motivate, and develop the Client Administration function to ensure we continue to have an engaged and highly capable workforce who are motivated to improve the clients practice and results
   » Significant practice in a large, high volume operational leadership abilities function
   » practice leading a customer centric service delivery function
   » Demonstrable practice in building and maintaining relationships at senior levels
