Multiple Advisory functions (Graduate to Principal level):Public Service CommissionJob description:Job DescriptionTe Kawa Mataaho Public Service Commission leads the public sector to make a positive difference for New Zealand and New Zealanders.Working for the Commission is about being part of a small, agile team with a big ambition for New Zealand and New Zealanders. The System and Agency Performance Group's work includes appointing outstanding leaders to our Public service chief executive functions; as well as supporting a public service which delivers outstanding results and services for New Zealanders and New Zealand through building insights into, and knowledge of, the performance of systems, agencies and their chief executives. The Group also manages the Commissioner's engagement with Crown entities and the Commission's leadership abilities function across monitoring, appointments, and governance. We have several functions available across the Group at Graduate Advisor, Advisor, Senior Advisor and Principal Advisor levels. These include a mix of permanent and fixed term (12 month) opportunities. For the Principal Advisor function, we would consider applications from practiced Senior Advisors that are ready to step up to the Principal Advisor level. You may wish to indicate in your application which area of our work is of most interest to you and whether you are interested in fixed term or permanent opportunities. The Graduate Advisor function usually pays between $54,910 to $61,370 depending on expertise and practice. The Advisor function usually pays between $67,840 to $80,560 depending on expertise and practice. The Senior Advisor function usually pays between $92,560 to $109,915 depending on expertise and practice. The Principal Advisor function usually pays between $121,380 to $135,660 depending on expertise and practice.
