Our vision for school property is that all schools have quality learning environments as part of a well-managed and sustainable portfolio that helps deliver equitable and excellent results for every child About the function The Team Leader – Commercial Specialists will work as part of the broader Infrastructure Procurement team. You will primarily provide team leadership abilities to the Commercial Specialists and supporting staff. Supporting them with workforce management, prioritisation, support and advise in regards to strategic problem solving in relation to any commercial and contractual issues with our su ppliers. You will represent the team a leadership abilities level and you will be instrumental in leading, driving and contributing to key initiatives across EIS. About you Do you have proven leadership abilities, negotiation and relationship expertise that will help you lead the team in the development of Commercial Operations or similar? You will also offer the following: » Strong Commercial practice, including managing contracts – ideally three years » practice in the development of market analysis and running supplier workshops/focus groups to allow continuous improvement » practice in leading teams, building capcapability internally and externally, and directing the activities of others » Strong organisational expertise and an excellent capability to communicate with others » You are a strong influencer that can present complex ideas succinctly and can work with a diverse range of people Are you ready to make a difference?
