Hours of work Monday- Friday 6.30am-5pm Key Responsibilities You will have the independence to manage operations at the Christchurch depot in your own style and shape team performance and culture. You will be responsible for managing a small team of 8 that are located in Christchurch and will be given the chance to grow and develop them. Your tasks will also include: • Having overall responsibility for the financial performance of the depot – with the chance of attractive bonuses on offer • Providing a high level of management and support to the team members at the depot • To ensure a high level of compliance with health and safety all over the depot • supervise the service to clients to ensure high levels of service are maintained The expertise and practice you’ll need to bring with you include • Management practice preferred but not essential , training and development provided • Assertiveness – capability to make firm decisions and have a direct approach at times • Business Acumen • Planning and process management • Strong people expertise This is an exciting opportunity to make the function your own and be heavily compensateed for high performance.
