We are seeking for practiced Service Desk contractors for immediate 3-6 months contracts in Auckland. Working within a great brand, and a high performing team, you will be providing 1st level technical support to internal and external stakeholders.
You will have previous practice working in a professional customer service driven environment, with good expertise of ITIL, Active Directory and SCCM.  We have day shifts and/or rostered night shifts available.
 
To be considered you must have:
   » Previous Helpdesk/Service Desk practice
   » Excellent written and communication expertise
   » Able to work collaboratively as well as independently
   » ITIL practice
   » Active Directory practice
   » significant Tertiary qualification or Information technology certification
