Dairy Farm adjunct:Job description:Dairy Farm adjunctPayment: Paid Position ($20-25)Job location: Alexandra Region: Otago/Queenstown/Wanaka practice: Limited practice Necessary Contact: 021703320 Listing Added: 14/06/2021 We are a large dairy farm with excellent facilties and wonderful staff. The views are amazing and we are lucky to live within easy access to popluar tourist locations and only 1 hour to Queenstown and Wanaka. Unfortunately we are short 2 positions for the calving and mating period which runs through August until November. The second position is a calf rearing position and so these maybe attractive to a couple. Ideally you would have some dairy farming practice, however more importantly We are seeking for the following attributes to compliment our existing team; Always on time and has a good work ethic Honest and reliable Happy to give all things a go and eager to learn Great communication and positive attitude Physically fit and in good health Full drivers license Confident riding a motorbike Stock handling practice Loves being outdoors Doesn’t mind very early starts Non residents must have a appropriate visa This position is available to start 1st August or there about. Hourly rate will depend on practice if any. Accommodation is not provided on farm but there is a backpackers and camping facilties within a 15 minute commute. Look foward to hearing from you. Skills:
