Pou Whakataka - Administration Support to Pou Manukura Workforce Lead – M?ori Health
Permanent 1.0 FTE (40 Hours per week)
We are pursuing an enthusiastic and well organised administrator to provide high quality administrative services to the Pou Manukura Workforce Lead and Equity Maori Health team and service. The function reports to the Pou Manukura T?terangiharuru (Workforce) but can also provide support to the wider M?ori Health team. The Pou Whakataka ensures all administrative activities and information systems are maintained and coordinated in a professional and timely way.
Your function will primarily involve:
   » To provide a confidential, comprehensive and professional administrative service to the Pou Manukura Workforce team
   » Arranging meeting and diary organisation
   » To ensure information, filing and office systems are maintained for the effective management Pou Manukura Workforce team
   » Travel and fleet bookings
   » Budget tracking and reporting
   » Generate data reports and statistical information from HR and KOH data
   » Any other Administrative tasks as requested by Pou Manukura Workforce and Pou Arataki ADon and M?ori Health as required.
You will be able to demonstrate:
   » Office Administration practice or practice working as a receptionist or in a similar function.
   » Working background within the health sector or a m?ori health sector desirable
   » Demonstrated software expertise, including Windows and Microsoft Office programs; Outlook (electronic mail), Word (word processing), PowerPoint, and Excel (spread sheeting)
   » High attention to detail.
   » Effective time management and organisational expertise.
   » capability to build and maintain relationships with a variety of people.
   » Demonstrates expertise of, and practises in a manner that is consistent with, the Treaty of Waitangi in the provision of health care services and support to Maori clients and their whanau.
To be eligible to work at Lakes DHB you must be fully vaccinated.
