• Onehunga branch, start January 23 or 24 for handover

The function
This Temp opportunity is to support the team, will be continuing for now and may even be a permanent opportunity too (not essential) as one will be sought
General administration
• You will be the first point of contact for a Northern Branch team located in Onehunga that comprises management and a close knit inbound team who handle requests by their clients in the community for their wonderful support services
• Provide Support Workers with device and document support, invitations & reminders
• Filing and document management
• contact with stakeholders
• Meeting preparation – set up, send out Agendas, attend occasionally taking notes – via easy template/no practice needed, memos etc
• Ordering office supplies
• Health & Safety
• General tasks for the Manager, a client for many years, and you will enjoy supporting her Recruitment administration
• Collate/manage training and recruitment material & resources
• Coordinate training sessions
• Liaison/set up interview meetings
• Induction admin for new staff
• General support to Head office Onboarding team
You
• You will have confident communication expertise and administration practice from within an office environment
• MS suite, practice and accuracy with this set of tools (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
• An interest in people in the community, as a social services environment
• Will have excellent references and be able to commit to the function please
• NOTE a Ministry of Justice check will be undertaken
Offer
• Excellent rate of temp pay - $27/hour total
• Start January 23rd or 24th for handover
• Free parking
• Social team
• Be registered with our Agency so we can place you on other assignments or permanent functions afterwards if necessary!!
