The function As the Customer Service & Helpdesk Manager, you will lead a team located in four different cities across the country. You will be responsible for ensuring your team maintain a high level of service to customers, enquiries are answered in a timely manner and dealt with efficiently. This is a people first business, staff training and development practice as well as leading by example are of the utmost importance.
