We're pleased to be assisting an industry leader with the recruitment of a Service Designer to join an exciting project. This is a contract function initially running until December 2021.
this function brings together all aspects of service design and the touchpoints, services, systems and processes needed to deliver customer and user practice and improve quality.
Key responsibilities will include:
   » Work closely with practice Designers and other experts to map out the entire service blueprint that helps organise the internal service function.
   » Design to improve the quality of systems, people, processes and communication.
   » Champion service design and coach and support teams to design services that deliver value.
   » Set up a community around Service Design that inspires and leads others in the practice, tools and methods
To be prosperous you will need:
   » practice or Service Design in an enterprise wide setting
   » Enterprise wide process re-design
   » Sprint leadership abilities
