We are seeking for a marketing all-rounder, who can wear their creative hat to produce great campaigns and inject marketing direction that is audience focused and brand aligned. Adept at digital marketing and channel selection, you will produce high-quality marketing strategies and results. You will also love getting analytical with tracking and measuring to get the most out of what you do. This is a diverse and challenging function, where something new is always happening. The function covers all aspects of marketing and is involved from start to finish, planning to implementing. Some key Job responsibilities: » Develop and manage marketing initiatives across the museum's activities, working across multiple channels and within budget. » Grow consciousness and positive brand perceptions of MOTAT through effective marketing campaigns. » Lead and manage the Marketing Coordinator, working together to deliver marketing KPIs and providing support and guidance in their work. » Develop and maintain frameworks, processes and tools for marketing performance. » Optimise the use of digital marketing channels and tools. » Contribute to the strategy and content development of MOTAT's website and social media channels to achieve marketing and communication results. » Be a brand guardian for the MOTAT brand. » Support market research initiatives, working with the External Relations Manager to translate visitor and data insights. To be prosperous in the function you will be a team player who is creative and well organised with a minimum 5 years proven marketing and advertising practice and a significant marketing qualification. You will be a confident decision maker who values open communication and collaboration. You will have a coaching and mentoring style of people management. Excellent communication expertise, a high level of attention to detail, and the capability to take an analytical lens to your work is a must. practice in museums or tourism could be advantageous.
