We are seeking for a practiced Service Desk professionals.  You will have previous practice in a similar function with proven customer service and professionalism. We have a number of functions to suit your preference of working day or night shifts.  These functions are in Auckland CBD.
Communication is critical in this function as you will be supporting internal and external clients with their technical issues.
To be considered you must have:
   » A availability to learn
   » A desire to be a part of a high-performing team
   » practice working in a busy Service Desk environment
   » Proven customer service expertise
   » Excellent communication expertise - both written and verbal
   » ITIL expertise
   » Active Directory practice
   » Service Now practice is a plus
