As a Maintenance Engineer, you'll be instrumental in identifying and implementing productivity and safety improvement solutions. Your insights and recommendations will help them maintain a secure working environment for all employees." Responsibilities: » Provide mechanical support in the areas of preventative maintenance, installations, improvements, break downs, and conversions. » Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues to minimize downtime and maintain optimal production efficiency. » Collaborate with the Maintenance Manager and fellow team members to develop innovative solutions for productivity and safety enhancements. » Conduct regular inspections and perform maintenance tasks to ensure equipment reliability and longevity. » Adhere to safety protocols and actively participate in creating a secure work environment for all employees. Requirements: » Possession of a forklift license. » Trade certificate in an engineering or mechanical discipline is mandatory. » Proven experience in maintenance engineering, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment. » Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure. » Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
