We are pursuing a passionate and innovative Lead Capcapability Advisor to design leading practice content and delivery solutions for developing our leadership abilities talent pipeline across all levels within the Ministry. The function Reporting to the Director Learning and Capcapability Strategy, within the Human Resources Business Group, a key focus of the function is ensuring there are leading edge, high quality and fit for purpose programmes to develop our emerging leaders from operational and specialist level to senior and executive level practitioners. Engaging with key internal and external leaders and stakeholders, the Lead Capcapability Advisor will constructively challenge conventional thinking and assumptions and advocate for new leadership abilities approaches. You will bring thought leadership abilities to the Learning and Capcapability team, and more widely across the organisation to seek new and innovative ways of grow our capcapability. expertise and practice To be prosperous in this function, you will have: » Demonstrated capability to lead, influence and shape planning and implementation of leadership abilities and management development strategies and initiatives » Proven practice in learning and capcapability development within a large, complex organisation » Indepth theoretical knowledge of contemporary learning and capcapability development practice and the necessary knowledge of tools, channels and resources to enable effective delivery » A proven track record of connecting strategic leadership abilities development to operational reality » A sound knowledge of the public sector operating environment We offer you an exciting time to join our team and organisation.
