Stores ControllerLocation Auckland CentralAuckland Job type Full Time Salary 80,000 to 90,000 Category Engineering > Other » A trade qualification or strong background in FMCG/Engineering » Full time permanent roles - 7am - 3pm Mon to Fri » Penrose base Stores Controller We are looking for a person to manage engineering store and ensure that all goods inwards and outwards are processed efficiently and in accordance with Company policy and procedures. This position is based in Penrose, Auckland. Daily Accountabilities » Ensure that all movements are authorised and are promptly and accurately entered into SAP » Ensure goods are inspected upon receipt and checked back to purchase orders and the supplier's delivery dockets, before updating stock records. » Ensure stock is always stored in an orderly manner, identified and secure. » Conduct regular stock takes and perform SAP stock transactions to maintain accurate stock records » Control the movement of items (equipment, tools, etc.) sent off site for repair » Liaise with factory/engineering personnel to ensure their requirements are met » Review current reordered levels with department managers/supervisors and suggest changes to Purchasing team » Ensure all new additions to store are checked and set up promptly » Adhere to all company safety standards, policies, and procedures. Promote high standards of safety through all aspects of work. Ensure all purchased materials comply with the specified OH&S standards.
