This newly created management position will see you working alongside the Customer Service Manager to look at the overall client practice and strategize improvement of processes and systems and see these initiatives through to completion. this function will be a buffer between the Sales Department and Customer Service team to be able to see the full client cycle and analyse the current processes to find areas of improvement and be able to deliver a high quality of service to clients across the country. Having an analytical and proactive approach is key in this function to be able to analyse systems, processes, performance and client practice to change the reactive nature of this department while become proactive and consultative with internal team members and clients. You will also be required to manage customer service escalations and be able to communicate and educate clients efficiently to find resolution and establish a foundation of knowledge to further benefit the business-to-business relationship.

   » Processes and systems improvement and implementation
   » Managing and find solutions to customer service escalations with clients and being able to communicate and educate these back for a prosperous outcome
   » Strategize, planning and implementing automation and Information technology systems for the future proofing of functions to increase productivity and client practices
this function will need an action focused individual who has practice in Client Relations and Management. A confident, professional and analytical individual who can manage relationships and expectations effectively will succeed in this function and having a proactive focus in delivery and future proofing of the department. Having SAP practice is a non-negotiable for this function.
