You must be able to influence others and be able to back this up with expertise, expertise and practice in improving student engagement and achievement. You will also work directly with students, schools and wh?nau to place students back into education. The prosperous candidate will work with schools and K?hui Ako across the region. To be prosperous in this function you will need to be great at: » building and maintaining prosperous relationships, and champion supporting students back into education » using your evaluative expertise to work with data and information to deal with complex problems and make decisions » working with others to support and implement change initiatives.
