Or just 10mins from Kaiapoi or Rangiora. The work involves ‘taking’ (snipping) and ‘setting’ (planting) small pine tree cuttings. The work is suited to people that are energetic, hard working, reliable and like working outside. Work will be approximately 5 days/week and 8hrs/day. The starting rate is $20/hr while in training. Then once quality and quantity targets are achieved contract rates are applied. Those that put in the effort can progress quickly and gain good money e.g. $25-30/hr. candidates must have: · NZ Citizenship/Residency or a NZ WHV or SSE Visa · NZ IRD and Bank Account · Your own transportation and accommodation · A good level of English · Willing to undertake random drug testing · Willing to allow the company to do a criminal record check · Be fit and able to execute vigorous work · A good attitude candidates must be available to start on Thursday 8th April and be able to commit to at least 6-7 weeks of work.
