Tractor Driver/farm adjunct:Job description:Tractor Driver/farm adjunctPayment: Accommodation & Paid ($20 per hour +)Job location: Leeston Region: Christchurch & Canterbury practice: practice Necessary Listing Added: 23/03/2021 Farm adjunct/Tractor Driver We are a family of beef and sheep farmers running around 1500 stock units on 850 acres of flat land near Leeston. We are also a cropping farm We have an opportunity for someone who is interested to come and work for us as a Farm adjunct. You will be required to do a lot of tractor work, especially in Autumn so practice is a must. You will also need practice with fencing and working with irrigation and you must be very practical, reliable and willing to work hard. Having a good strong work ethic will be essential. The pay is $20 per hour but will negotiate for the right person, we have a lovely self contained flat on farm which has one bedroom and a little kitchen, bathroom and living areas but you will have your meals at the main house with us. We only charge $50 a week rent for the flat. Information technology will be 50 hours a week but we have flexibility with that and you will get time off.
