About MSD

To enable the Ministry to better help New Zealanders who need our support, we are experiencing rapid growth in our Information technology area to ensure solutions can be delivered to our front line and our clients quickly.
About the function
6 months secondment or fixed term opportunity
The Project Coordinator function has the primary purpose of assisting with the co-ordination and delivery of the Ministry's Pipeline Management products and services.
The function will particularly focus on providing administrative support to the Release Train Engineer (RTE) and our Cadence Trains by assisting with planning, coordination, execution and delivery of value for this programme.
You will bring with you
   » Previous practice in a project coordinator function, administrative support function or advisory function
   » Basic knowledge and professional interest in portfolio, programme, project and agile methodologies such as SAFe, at a technical and business level preferred.
   » Proven record in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships
   » Advanced Information technology expertise including Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, E-mail) and agile project management tools (Jira, Confluence)
   » Proven capability in developing and maintaining relationships with external agencies and internal contacts
   » Demonstrated practice with the provision of high-level executive and administrative activities

income range: $62,660 – $76,585
