The Property Group sits within Organisational Capcapability and Services, a branch dedicated to supporting the rest of the Department to succeed by providing corporate services that help business groups and people within DIA to make the best contribution to New Zealand. The purpose of the Property Advisor function is to deliver an efficient service to the team kaimahi and managers through resolving reported property issues in a timely manner with informed communications to stakeholders through the contracts the Property Advisor is responsible for. They are also responsible for managing their contracts through stakeholder engagement and communication with the providers, raising issues (e.g. performance, invoicing) when required and achieving resolution of these with a ?win win? outcome.
