They have a small-medium sized team of Architects, Revit Technicians and Architectural Graduates and they are currently looking for a Senior Architectural Graduate/ Architect to join their business. This practice is predominantly working on commercial and multi-unit residential projects. this function requires a minimum of 6 years of post-grad practice, strong in building design documentation, particularly the residential/apartment market. They are looking for a self-starter with the capability to model and present concepts, undertake initial designs to Resource consent and Detailed design.
