Change Specialist - AUCKLAND

The function will introduce and facilitate best practice change management activity to initiatives and/or projects within a business group or across different people workstreams.
The function will work with the business using agreed strategies, methodology and tools with results that maximise the objectives and benefits of change initiatives through quicker adoption, higher utilisation and proficiency, this is an exciting opportunity to bring your natural influencing expertise!

   » Significant practice of applying Prosci methodology including use of the ADKAR© tool with prosperous results
   » practice and expertise of applying change management principles methodology and tools at both project and programme level
   » Familiarity with project management approaches tools and phases of the project lifecycle
   » A positive forward looking outlook with a holistic approach Communication style that clearly articulates messages to a variety of audiences complemented with active listening expertise
   » Project management qualification or recent practice in a structured Prince2 environment
   » Current drivers licence
