About the function The tasks include: • Being the first point of contact for phone and walk in orders (5-25 walk ins daily) and counter sales • Entering orders into the system (Quanta) • In the storeroom - helping to unload the everyday delivery. If you’ve got a forklift licence great, if not you’ll get training and the licence to be the back up • Phoning customers to let them know their deliveries have arrived • Coordinating stock deliveries • Stock take, ordering stock and managing stock volumes via Quanta • The majority of the job will be office located and dealing with all customer orders. The job is a 12-month maternity contract, starting Mon 10th Jan. The hours are Mon-Fri 8am – 4.30pm. The Ideal Person This job could suit a guy or a girl, older, younger – Information technology doesn’t matter. We are seeking for a fun people person who enjoys working in a close-knit team and customer contact. You’ll be fit and happy to lift a 10kg box for a customer, not be afraid of heights and who as good attention to detail entering orders.
