income: $47,832 – $59,147We have a great opportunity for a Team Administrator to join our Branch Development and Support team within Te Urungi - Organisational Strategy and Performance branch.
The function, reporting to the Manager Branch Development and Support, would suit Somebody with practice in an administrative function in government, or similar.
You will provide administrative support across the branch, and wider leadership abilities group at Te Tari Taiwhenua. You will coordinate and support meetings, manage the flow of correspondence, and process our finances. You will have the opportunity to contribute to wider group planning and strategy.
About you
You will have practice as an administrator, or similar function. You are joining a team that embraces flexibility, is committed to developing team members through a progression pathway, and regularly enjoys a laugh. You can keep track of where various requests and mahi are at, and you are proactive in your approach and exercise good judgment about when to seek input from other sand when to escalate. You are a people person and build positive relationships with others located on respect and trust.
