The function As a Ministerial Advisor you act as the go-to person between the Policy Group and the wider Ministry, bringing your practice in the machinery of government to take on a fast-paced and vital function. You will create and coordinate Ministerial correspondence, Official Information Act (OIA) requests and Written Parliamentary Questions (WPQs), as well as advice. You will also support and cover for the team's Enquiries Coordinator as needed. About you You may have previously worked within government, understand how things work but have a passion for Policy, if you do this function is for you! I am seeking an enthusiastic person who can co-ordinate, as you’ll be the bridge between the Policy Group and senior leader. You’ll be familiar with business support, providing admin, logistics and have excellent communication expertise. You’ll be reading papers, briefing, requests and need to be familiar within government to arrange what department requests sit within.
