This centre is a beautiful and unique centre licensed for 30 children and runs at around 95% capacity. The reason this centre is unique is because of the onsite Art Studio they have. Every day groups of upto 6 children a day are taken to the Art Studio to take part in activities, projects and get their hands dirty! This centre is a gorgeous villa that has been converted into a spacious, light and bright space for children to lgain in a montessori enviornment. The function: This centre has opening hours of 8.30am - 4.30pm. You will need to demonstrate the following: » Committment to Tangata Whenuatanga and Te Tiriti o Waitangi partnership in New Zealand » Use inquiry, collaborative problem-solving and professional learning to improve professional capcapability to impact the learning and achievement of the each learner » Establish and maintain professional relationships and behaviour focused on the learnng and wellbeing or each learner » Develop a culture that is focused on learning and is characterised by respect, inclusion, empathy, collaboration and safety » Design learning located on cirriculum and pedagogical knowledge, assessmen information and an knowledge of each learner's strengths, interests, needs, identities, languages and cultures » Teach and respond to learners in a knowledgeable and adaptive way to progress their learning at an appropriate depth and pace » Forming and maintaing relationships with children, parents, whanau and the community You can expect a commitment to your professional learning and development and a focus on developing your leadership abilities career.
