About the role
The primary focus of this role is to support front-line sales for the organisation & will not be customer-facing.
Key accountabilities include -
- Supporting customer orders through ensuring delivery is on time & coordinating with quality functions to ensure product availability is in line with sales schedule.
- Building strong relationships with internal functions & assisting where needed to achieve sales and delivery timelines.
- Support sales & marketing through sending outbound communication on product specials & new launches.
- Assist with promotions & new product launches.

Experience & attributes needed
- Great interpersonal skills & ability to connect with people from a range of backgrounds
- willingness to learn & grow, whilst there is initial training you will also learn on the job.
- strong communication skills, written and verbal
- experience within customer service/ sales/ administration/ distribution from a back office perspective.
- Solutions focused & problem-solving skills.
- High work ethic & desire to develop career.
