About the functions:
Due to growth in the team we are now seeking two practiced and motivated Personal adjuncts to support our Director Planning Performance and Support and our General Manager Agency Partnerships and Capcapability.
As an practiced PA you will slot in with ease to either of these functions as you take full control of a busy diary, schedule all meetings, and ensure the Director or General Manager is in the right place at the right time with everything needed to achieve results!
You will work closely with the Executive adjunct to the Deputy Chief Executive and the other PAs in the branch to provide a consistent service and support the Senior leadership abilities team.
this function will require you to anticipate needs and be flexible to change your day at a moment's notice as you respond to a range of events both big and small.
To be prosperous in either function you will have:
   » Previous prosperous practice in a fast-paced, high demand personal adjunct function/team administration
   » Proven initiative, excellent communication and interpersonal expertise, and the capability to work well as part of a team
   » Demonstrated capability to prioritise workload, and to organise and negotiate deadlines in the face of competing demands, with impeccable attention to detail
   » An advanced level of technical proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of applications, specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint
   » A passion for providing excellent customer service and a positive ?can-do? attitude
About you:
These functions will suit highly energetic, sharp thinking, and naturally skilled Personal adjuncts who know how to add value from day one. Working within a fast-paced environment, practice supporting a senior manager with the capability to be the ‘pivot support’ for the wider team will be a bonus here. You will need to demonstrate the capability to multi-task on a range of activities, to quality standard, both face-to-face and virtually.
