Are you looking for a great opportunity in customer care? We are working with a well-known Kiwi manufacturing brand, to help them find dynamic, personable and practiced customer service specialists to join their Auckland and Christchurch teams. There are multiple functions available, with a range of contracts to suit every lifestyle (full-time & part-time). You would be working in our client’s brand new head office in Auckland or Christchurch, providing support to customers on product and service enquiries. The functions are available until Christmas 2022, to support with the busy seasonal influx. This is a great chance to join a collaborative and inclusive team, with full training and progression opportunities supported. Available to start immediately.

About the function  
   » You will be first point of contact for customers with product and service enquiries.
   » Supporting customers via different channels, over email, online chat functions & inbound calls. 
   » Keep call log and customer details accurately recorded on the system.
   » Creating a positive, memorable and valuable customer service practice.
   » Full-Time & Part-Time Hours Available.

All shifts are Monday - Saturday (Sundays Off!)
Part-Time Shifts are; 8am - 12pm, 9am - 1pm, 10am - 2pm & 1.30pm - 5.30pm.
Full-Time Shifts are; 8 Hours between, 7.30am - 5.30pm.

About You
   » practice in a Customer Service function (1 years +). 
   » Strong expertise using computer systems and capability to pick up new systems quickly.
   » High attention to detail and accuracy.
   » Proven data-entry and administrative expertise.
   » Excellent verbal and written English.
   » capability to task manage, prioritizing and planning.
   » Flexible work approach and positive attitude.
   » Strong problem-solving expertise.
   » Must be eligible to work in NZ.
