The Level 1/2 Desktop Support will be passionate about providing exemplary customer service to the end users. Some afterhours work on rare occasions. If you are looking to start your career in Information technology and gain practice a level 1 Desktop Support Engineer maybe the position for you. Job responsibilities: Troubleshooting level 1 technical issues. Ensuring functionality of new hardware. Deploy software updates. Provide onsite hands and feet support and be supported by remote Level 3 Engineers. practice: A team player who is reliable and process oriented. Excellent troubleshooting expertise. Excellent communication expertise, attention to detail and motivation to kick-start your career. practice supporting Windows 10. A good knowledge of Microsoft outlook and Office.
