We are seeking for someone who has a passion for good food, proven practice in a restaurant or hotel, enjoys a busy kitchen environment and is a team player. Hourly pay rate will depend on practice but will be anywhere from $26 - $30 per hour. With a minimum of 35 hours per week. You'll need to be fully qualified and have at least 2 years previous kitchen practice, be professional, creative and have a positive attitude along with a sound knowledge of a kitchen structure and operation. Our restaurant is fast paced with our restaurant open all day from 6.45am - 8.30pm and catering for our onsite conference and events center. We need someone who is honest and reliable and is flexible with hours who can work a mixture of morning, day and evening shifts (finishing around 9pm / 9.30pm).
