Our ice cream café is at the centre of our busy PYO farm and adventure park. this function is suited to someone who loves interacting with customers, thrives under pressure, and is motivated to exceed expectations and work to a high standard. Full training will be provided, but practice supervising in a kitchen/café is a must. This is a temporary position until end of January, however, a permanent position may be available for the right candidate. Remuneration is starting at $23.76 (incl. 8% holiday pay) negotiable located on practice. tasks may include: · Supervision of up to 13 staff · Coordinating staff breaks & motivating the team to increase productivity · Ordering supplies and managing stock · Ensuring all health, hygiene and safety requirements are fulfilled · Providing everyday feedback to the manager and communicating effectively with the wider management team · Identifying & implementing methods for greater efficiency, customer practice & staff morale What We are seeking for: · Superb communication and leadership abilities expertise · Excellent written and verbal communication · Strong attention to detail and the capability to multitask · broad customer service and hospitality practice · The capability to work independently · Thrives in a fast-paced environment · Is available on 5-6 days a week during our peak period, especially on weekends · Availcapability during the holiday season If this sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you!
